
MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
IF YOU WISH TO BE PART OF OUR CHAPER
Our chapter opens its door for new members and here are some of the qualifications we consider:

1. COMMUNICATES PROPERLY. Being connected is very important for our chapter. This is not only limited to attending meetings and events but also on how the member communicates their ideas and insights on matters that are relevant to the chapter and the profession. This is one effective way to show your involvement to the chapter.

2. FAITHFULLY SETTLES THEIR ACCOUNTABILITIES. All our members are in good standing. This means that all members are settled with their chapter dues and IAPOA dues. We strictly maintain this record to assure that our chapter is free from any payment liabilities from the national organization.
​
3. ATTENDS CHAPTER EVENTS. Chapter familiarization, visibility and initiative is the key! For new members and transferees, you need to attend at least 3 consecutive GMM’s for you to be qualified for the membership evaluation.
​
4. UP FOR ENVIRONMENTAL & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTS. The chapter’s core is anchored on the desire to promulgate sustainable advocacies, mindset, and projects for the benefit of its members, the profession, the community, and the environment. Having members with the same mindset helps us to promote the heart of the organization on a larger audience effectively.
For Newly Pledged Architects, Transferees and Members w/o Chapter

Make sure that you indicate the name of the chapter member who endorsed you to be part of the chapter.
Membership Process
Our chapter is open for new members (new architects and transferees)!

STEP 1: Login to your portal account using your PRC ID number and your Password. For new users, your default password is 123456. If you have login problems, you may send an email to membership@unitedarchitects.ph for password reset.

STEP 2: Complete your general information and your photo. Please don't leave the contact number and email address blank and make sure that they are working. Choose DISTRICT E as your temporary district / chapter.

STEP 3: Send us your letter of intent on why you wanted to be part of the chapter with the name and signature of an inducted and active member of the chapter to membership.uaplpluntian@gmail.com. For Transferees, please include your accomplished Transfer form and let it signed by your current chapter president. Here's the link of the transfer form: UAP Transfer Form

STEP 4: We'll add you on our new members' group chat to evaluate your performance as a chapter member this is for us to see if you'll be an active member which we need to keep our chapter compliant.
​
STEP 5: Once you've accomplished attending 3 GMM requirement, you'll be officially transferred to our main chapter members group chat and your portal account will be transferred from DISTRICT E to UAP Las Piñas Luntian Chapter.

STEP 6: Keep yourself posted on the schedule of your induction.
